Description
Umhverfis- og skipulagssvið Reykjavíkurborgar (hér eftir nefndur kaupandi) óskar eftir að fá einingarverð í tilfallandi vinnu húsasmíðameistara annars vegar og svo verktaka í aðalverktöku í hinum ýmsu fagsviðum iðnaðarmanna hins vegar. Útboðið verður skipt upp í eftirfarandi hluta : 1. Húsasmíði – Undir flokkinn fellur tilfallandi smíðavinna og viðhald, innan- og utanhúss sem ætlast má til að sé unnið af faglærðum húsasmiðum. 2. Aðalverktaka – Undir flokkinn fellur vinna sem heyrir undir eina eða fleiri iðngreinar. Verktakinn þarf m.a. að viðhalda verkstjórn á verkstað og halda utan um alla verkþætti verkefnis. Verktakinn þarf að vera með a.m.k. þrjár meistara í sitthvorri iðngreininni til að falla undir þennan flokk. Samningurinn gildir í tvö ár.
