Description
Skrifstofa fjármálaþjónustu og ráðgjafar (hér eftir nefnd Innkaupaskrifstofa), f.h. Strætó bs. (hér eftir nefndur kaupandi) óskar eftir tilboðum í sameiginlega akstursþjónustu fatlaðs fólks og aldraðra einstaklinga á höfuðborgarsvæðinu samkvæmt þessum útboðsgögnum. Um er að ræða almennt útboð þar sem hvaða fyrirtæki sem er getur lagt fram tilboð. Ekki er ljóst hvaða magn verður keypt á grundvelli þessa útboðs, þar sem rammasamningar eru gerðir um tiltekna þjónustu, án þess að magntölur séu þekktar. Rammasamningurinn felur ekki í sér loforð um viðskipti. Þjónusta sú sem hér um ræðir er akstur með fatlað fólk og aldraða einstaklinga sem eiga lögheimili í Garðabæ, Reykjavík, Seltjarnarnesbæ eða Mosfellsbæ, eða njóta þjónustu sveitarfélaganna samkvæmt samþykki þeirra, og sannanlega þarfnast akstursþjónustu skv. sameiginlegum reglum um akstursþjónustu fatlaðs fólks á höfuðborgarsvæðinu. Aksturinn nær til alls höfuðborgarsvæðisins.
