Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag für die Weiter-führung und Skalierung des Internettransitzugangs mit bis zu 500 Gbit/s am Standort Staus-berg in Höhe von 23.678.813,27 EUR bis zu 35.518.219,91 EUR (netto) (Obergrenze - siehe Anlage 1 zum EVV "Auftragswertschätzung") im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teil-nahmewettbewerb nach § 11 Abs. 1 VSVgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal sieben Jahren (drei Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit viermaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate) abgeschlossen.
