Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die Beschaffung von Stromversorgungskabeln (Los 1 + Los 2) je Los an einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV mit einem geschätzten Auftragswert in Höhe von bis zu 1.700.000,00 EUR (netto) (Obergrenze 2.550.000,00 EUR netto) zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren (3 Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit 1-maliger Verlängerungsoption um 1 Jahr) abgeschlossen. vLock Stromkabel: - automatisch einrastenden Schließmechanismus und Drehverschluss, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Kabelverbindung zu verhindern.
