Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI") erwägt eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Softwarepflege und Support für die Software Invoice Analyzer des Hersteller TrueCommerce Germany GmbH sowie den optionalen Erwerb weiterer Lizenzen und die Erbringung softwarenaher Vertragsleistungen, in Höhe von ca. netto 1.156.755,00 Euro (Obergrenze) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb (gem. § 15 VgV) abzuschließen.
