Riigihanke eesmärgiks on 110 kV mobiilse(te) alajaama(de) ostmine. Hankija näeb ette võimaluse osta endale kas ühe alajaama komplekti koos 25 MVA trafoga (Mobile Substation set A) või ühe alajaama ilma trafota (Mobile Substation set B) või kokku kaks alajaama komplekti - ühe 25 MVA võimsusega trafoga komplekt ja ühe ilma trafota komplekt (Mobile Substation set C).
