Hanke eesmärgiks on 110 kV mobiilse(te) alajaama(de) ostmine. Hankija näeb ette võimaluse osta endale kas ühe 25 MVA võimsusega alajaama (variant A) või kokku kaks alajaama - ühe 25 MVA võimsusega alajaama ja ühe 16 MVA võimsusega alajaama (variant B).
