Description
Die GIZ beabsichtigt den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Erbringung von Umzugs- und Transportdienstleistungen einschließlich Raumvorbereitung sowie temporärer Einlagerung von Inventar am Standort Eschborn. Leistungsort sind die GIZ-Liegenschaften Dag-Hammarskjöld-Weg 1-5 sowie Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 7 und 30-34 (sechs Gebäude, ca. 81.000 m2 Nutzfläche, rund 2.800 Arbeitsplätze). Der laufende Tagesbetrieb umfasst standortinterne Transporte, Umstellen und Montagen von Büromöbeln, Bereitstellung/Abholung von Umzugsmaterial, Raumumbauten nach Vorgaben (inkl. Checklisten) sowie dokumentationspflichtige Inventarbewegungen. Für größere Umzüge können zusätzliche Kapazitäten und Projektleitung abgerufen werden. Ein Kernteam aus vier qualifizierten Kräften (inkl. Teamleitung) ist Mo-Fr von 07:00-15:30 Uhr vorzuhalten; Einsätze außerhalb dieser Zeiten sind auf Abruf zu ermöglichen. Abrechnung erfolgt auf Stundenbasis und nach Nachweis; Material und Transporte gemäß Preisblatt. Temporäre Einlagerung umfasst Verpackung, Verwahrung, Inventarlisten (inkl. Barcode/Fotos), Zustandskontrolle und Remontage.
