Empreitada de Telemática Ferroviária, em regime de conceção/construção, que para além da elaboração do projeto de execução, integra o fornecimento e instalação de equipamentos, os ensaios e a colocação em serviço dos diversos sistemas e redes. O investimento integra um conjunto de trabalhos nos sistemas e redes de suporte de Telemática, nomeadamente no que diz respeito às redes físicas de transmissão, à rede de suporte à exploração, aos sistemas de alimentação, à rede telefónica de exploração fixa, à supervisão técnica de infraestrutura e ao sincronismo horário, que permitirão dotar as infraestruturas de telecomunicações, de suporte à sinalização e à exploração ferroviária.
