Description

UPC formulates this Request for Proposal to receive Tenders for the delivery of a Business Intelligence ("BI") technology to improve collection, gathering, and analysis of data, creation of reports / dashboards, and to make informed decisions.

Award criteria

• Price · 50% — Tenderers must provide prices for the Solution Implementation (including Services and/or Products) based on UPC assumptions and by completing the template provided in the Appendix 2 Submission Form.
• Quality · 25% — Compliance with Solution Specifications, and Solution Support Level of Service and Added Value of the Solution (unspecified by UPC)
• Quality · 25% — Services Delivery Approach and Compliance with Service Level, and Team Expertise
