Beskrivelse
Description The Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI) is a global multi-donor programme with the objective of safeguarding inclusive democracy and human rights in the digital age. The total programme budget is currently DKK 388.5 mill. The overall purpose of the assignment is to provide the DDI Programme Management Team (PMT) with deeper knowledge about the change created by the programme at outcome level across projects. This will strengthen the evidence base for decisions regarding the design and formulation of a possible Phase II of the DDI programme. The objective of the assignment is to create a stocktaking of the DDI programme. This qualitative assessment will capture change at outcome level across projects in the DDI programme and provide external validation of the results. The study should include deep dives at project level. The aim is both to capture learnings from Phase I of the programme, ensure programme quality and to lay the ground work for the formulation of a possible Phase II of the DDI Programme.
