Beschreibung

ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest from companies providing On-Call Construction Technical Support Services. The services required are for the provision of technical support within the context of the Strategic Heritage Plan (SHP) to assist the SHP team of UNOG in managing the overall refurbishment and renovation of the Palais des Nations (PDN) building complex in Geneva, Switzerland. The main objectives of the SHP are as follows: i. building code compliance (fire, health, safety) ii. accessibility for persons with disabilities iii. reduce energy costs (electrical and mechanical systems) iv. IT, broadcast and congress systems upgrade v. flexible, functional, optimized and conference spaces vi. heritage preservation vii. deliver the project within budget and on schedule viii. business and operational continuity Scope of Services Required: 1.
