Subject of the assignment: This contract concerns the delivery of tube fittings and tube for a high temperature and high-pressure reactor application. The contract is divided into the following lots: • Lot 1: Fittings and training • Lot 2: Tubing suitable for fittings in lot 1 • Optional lot 1: Tube installation tool Classified under CPV code: 44163000-0 Framework agreement: YES This contract is concluded as a framework agreement with a single contractor. Deliveries will be executed by means of successive purchase orders (“call-offs”) placed during the duration of the contract, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority anticipates placing an initial purchase order shortly after contract award, covering a significant portion of the required fittings and tubing for the initial setup. During the remaining duration of the framework agreement, additional purchase orders may be placed for spare parts, replacements, or additional components, depending on operational needs.
