Beschrijving
The tenderer is obliged to submit an offer covering the entire list of the following analyses: 1. Transcriptomic analysis (RNAseq) of samples from bovine whole blood collected into Tempus RNA tubes - The first specific assignment is estimated to have n = 90. - The numbers for subsequent assignments are not yet known. 2. Transcriptomic analysis (RNAseq) of samples from uterine flush liquid (n=50) 3. Metagenomic analysis of samples from bovine uterine flush liquid (n=50) 4. Metagenomic analysis of samples from bovine blood plasma (n=50) 5. Untargeted metabolomic analysis of samples from bovine uterine flush liquid (n=50) 6. Untargeted metabolomic analysis of samples from bovine blood plasma (n=90) The price of each service must be divided, at minimum, into three sections: 1. DNA/RNA extraction and quality control, 2. Library preparation, sequencing or LC-MS measurements, and raw data delivery, 3. Statistical analysis. UGent can therefore also order individual components of these services.
