Actuator assembly including load cell, servo valve, and displacement sensors Pld (EN ISO 13849) 2. Single-station, two-channel hydraulic Pld (EN ISO 13849) controller 3. Hydraulic manifold calibrated for high, medium, and low/off pressure settings (Pld (EN ISO 13849)) 4. Sandwich plate for integration between the existing servo valve( Model 072-1101) and actuator (Vapo 1000019494)
