subject of the assignment: This contract relates to the purchase, delivery and installation of of a benchtop NMR system Explanation: The assignment includes sale, delivery, unpacking, installation and validation of a benchtop NMR system. The assignment should include all necessary training for users upon installation or on a time agreed upon in advance. It should include all device-bound reagents and products needed for demonstration and training purposes and information should be given on all necessary maintenance procedures. There should be a clear communication on all facility related adaptation and renovation work needed prior to delivery.
