Beschrijving
The purpose of this Call for tender is to conclude a yearly renewable contract whose object is to provide printing services. The COST Association, located in Brussels, needs to replace its current Multi-Functional Printers. From 3 printers currently installed, we will downgrade to 2 printers. The hardware will be leased (without option to purchase) and full maintenance including consumables (except paper) should be foreseen for up to 4 years.
