High-speed packaged photodetectors. o One unit quantity (one piece, 1x) of high-speed (100 GHz) packaged photodetector with evaluation boards. o Two unit quantities (two pieces, 2x) of balanced high-speed (100 GHz) packaged photodetectors with evaluation boards.
