Le présent marché est un marché de services permettant à l'adjudicateurde faire appel aux services d’un(e) chargé(e) de communication interne et externe pour lui confier les tâches suivantes : ➢ communication avec la presse (écrite, audiovisuelle, digitale), et vers les différentes autorités concernées (administratives, politiques) et le cas échéant les riverains, en fonction des besoins de la société (y compris dans les situations de crise) ; ➢ mise en valeur de la société auprès des différents médias spécialises et grand public ; ➢ conseiller la société sur la communication interne et externe ; ➢ réalisation d’outils et de supports de communication sous forme papier, audiovisuelle ou digitale (par exemple newsletter, brochure d’information, …) destinés à l’interne ou aux cibles institutionnelles (politiques, journalistes, partenaires) ; ➢ organisation d’évènements en lien avec le secteur d’activité de la société et/ou communication autour de ces evènements (par exemple inauguration officielle de nouveaux logements, conférence de presse, célébration marquante, ...) ➢ création d’une identité graphique propre à la société ou à un évènement (logo, couleurs, typographie, en-têtes…). …
