Beschrijving
Le présent marché est un marché conjoint occasionnel au sens de l’article 48 de la loi du 17 juin 2016, passé conjointement par : la FASD qui est un pouvoir adjudicateur leader ; PSD-Vitatel est une asbl qui applique le droit des marchés publics en raison du subside qu’elle reçoit dans le cadre de ce projet spécifique ; Solival qui n’est pas un pouvoir adjudicateur, mais est une asbl qui participe au marché conjoint en tant que partenaire du projet. La FASD est la Fédération d’Aide et Soins à Domicile. Elle soutient, accompagne et fait vivre ensemble les 9 centres aide et soins à domicile situés à Bruxelles, en Wallonie Elle veille à faciliter leur travail et développe des services spécialisés autour des métiers des soins infirmiers et de l’aide à la vie journalière. PSD-Vitatel est une asbl qui propose notamment un service de téléassistance, c’est-à-dire un ensemble de dispositifs d’assistance à distance qui relient 24H/24 une personne âgée, isolée, handicapée, ou convalescente, à son réseau d’intervenants via une centrale téléphonique.
