Beschrijving
The contract includes the delivery and installation of a digital PCR platform with following minimal specifications and requirements. • A digital PCR platforms that partitions a typical polymerase chain reaction (PCR) mixuture in more than 10.000 partitions and enables the cycling and running of multiple replicate reactions in a single run. • A 7 color reader whereby 7 different fluorescent channels can be used to detect at least 7 different assays with a respective fluorophore marker • Option to run different PCR protocols in a single run Concerning consumables and maintenance contract have also to be described.
