The purpose of this call for tenders is to set an Institutional Framework Agreement with three (3) providers to be contracted by the Unit of Competitive Research Projects or by the Research Groups of the Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron - Institut de Recerca (VHIR) which might require their services and can hire them. These Technical Prescriptions describe the tasks to be developed and define the general technical conditions and criteria that govern the agreement. We define as strategic projects those projects whose development contributes to the achievement of some of the priorities established by the VHIR management for the development of its strategic plan.
