Description
The Weyside Urban Village (WUV) project is an Authority-led regeneration programme that will deliver a new sustainable neighbourhood comprising approximately 1,550 homes, including affordable housing, together with supporting infrastructure, community facilities, employment space, open space and environmental enhancements. As the project progresses from planning and enabling works into long-term delivery, the Authority requires a structured and professional approach to communications and stakeholder engagement to support the successful implementation of the programme. This includes maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring that accurate and timely information is shared throughout all phases of delivery. The Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Communications and Engagement Consultant to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive and coordinated approach to stakeholder engagement and programme communications.
