Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is seeking a supplier to deliver Phase 2 of its Residential Collective Buying Scheme (RCBS). This initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon technologies across West Yorkshire by offering homeowners, private landlords, small businesses and community organisations access to affordable, high-quality installations. The program is designed to reduce the region's CO2 emissions and help residents and organisations lower their energy bills and increase their resilience to market price fluctuations. The supplier's role is to ensure the program provides excellent value for money for both the public funds invested by the WYCA and for the participating residents, looking for the scheme to be cost-neutral to the Combined Authority. This includes securing competitive pricing matched by high quality of the measures installed and customer care offered.
