Description
West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise to inform a future procurement and development of West Northamptonshire’s advertising estate. WNC's advertising estate spans both in-home digital assets and out-of-home (OOH) physical assets. Recent audit findings indicate that the estate could generate £3–£4 million over the next decade if optimised through digitisation, modernised contracts, and better commercial models.
