Title: Asbestos Framework Agreement - LOT 1: Surveying & Consultation Services | LOT 2: Licensed Asbestos Removal WorksDescription:West Northamptonshire Council has established a two-LOT framework agreement for asbestos-related services across its property portfolio.LOT 1 - Asbestos Surveying and Consultation Services:This LOT covers the provision of asbestos surveys and professional consultations for both residential and commercial buildings. Appointed suppliers will be responsible for conducting site assessments, undertaking various types of asbestos surveys (e.g., management, refurbishment, demolition), and producing detailed reports in compliance with current legislation and best practices.LOT 2 - Licensed Asbestos Removal Works:This LOT includes the provision of licensed asbestos removal services in a safe and compliant manner. Suppliers will carry out asbestos abatement works in both residential and commercial properties, ensuring full adherence to regualtions
