Description
This contract was awarded under reg 14 of the Provider Selection Regime due to an urgent need to ensure continuity of the Trusts Urgent Treatment Centre service. This urgency was not reasonably foreseeable to the trust, and patients would have been at risk of harm if had this award not been made. This notice refers to the award of an interim contract to ensure continuity of service whilst the procurement of a substantive contract takes place
