Description
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of a potential opportunity to participate in a construction and estate maintenance related professional services framework to support various building and civil engineering projects as part of the Business As Usual (BAU) requirements at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). The STFC intends to engage with potential providers through a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) event and subsequent PME activities. The publication of this early engagement opportunity is a voluntary publication and does not represent a commitment by the STFC to initiate, run or complete a full procurement competition in relation to a contract for the services described. The STFC is a world-leading research and innovation organisation, with a unique role within UKRI. UKRI is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT). The STFC is responsible for hosting and operating many of the UK’s largest multi-disciplinary research facilities which are essential to delivering UKRI’s collective ambitions.
