Description
Trowbridge Town Council invites tenders from competent and qualified contractors for the provision of Legionella monitoring and testing across seven key council sites for an initial period of 3 years with the possibility to extend for a further 2 years. The Council is committed to ensuring the health and safety of residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining full compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274. The contract will cover the following sites: The Civic, Stephens Place, BA14 8AH Trowbridge Museum, The Shires, BA14 8AT Studley Green Community Centre, Lambrok Road, BA14 9HQ Trowbridge Cemetery, Downside View, BA14 7NN Walkers Yard, Trowbridge Park, BA14 7EF Longfield Community Centre, Weavers Drive BA14 7DZ Public Toilets, Trowbridge Park, BA14 8AH 2. Scope of Works The successful contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive water management service. Tenderers are asked to provide a schedule of temperature and legionella testing based on the attached risk assessments and asset lists.
