Description
Following challenge during the standstill period as stated in the original contract award notice published 05/03/2026, additional assessment summary details have been provided to all bidders directly by email and this new contract award tender is being published with a new standstill period stipulated. Please note, in generating a new contract award tender the online system has defaulted to referring to contracts 6-10 whereas these should be shown as contracts 1-5. To make clear, contracts and lots listed below are as per the procurement and previous award notice and are not additional contracts. Totton & Eling Town Council requires grounds maintenance services from external suppliers to fulfil duties such as grass cutting, shrub and hedge maintenance, planting and watering, assistance with re-wilding programmes and other duties as detailed in forthcoming documentation. Services required are spread across 5 sections (lots).
