Description
Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) currently has a contract for the supply and maintenance of CCTV across many of our properties spread geographically across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. NCHA would like to inform potential suppliers via this Preliminary Market Engagement notice that we are seeking to procure supplier(s) for our CCTV services. The services will include: • The upgrading existing equipment • Maintenance of newly installed and existing equipment • Servicing of newly installed and existing equipment • Installation services including transfer of equipment to other sites • Decommissioning • CCTV signage • Temporary/dummy cameras. The new contract term will be determined following the market engagement exercise. The contract value is estimated at £1.6 - £3m.
