Description

From time to time, it is necessary for TfL to carry out planned closures of stations and track for engineering works and/or improvements. When such closures take place TfL require temporary workers to assist customers in carrying out their journeys.The temporary worker roles TfL are looking for as part of the managed service are Customer Information Assistants (CIAs), Customer Information Assistant Supervisors (CIASs) and Luggage Porters (LPs).
