Description
The Authority will seek to engage a Technical Support Provider (TSP) to support delivery of the Vehicle Inspection Facility Upgrade Programme (VIFUP), a programmatic initiative to upgrade vehicle inspection facilities across the Defence estate. The overall programme is currently valued at approximately £110M. Delivery is expected to utilise a combination of existing contracts (e.g. PFIs and Regional Delivery frameworks) alongside the procurement of new contracts for major refurbishment works. The estimated value of these major refurbishments is approximately £35M, with potential for further increase, and projects are geographically distributed across the UK. The TSP will be required to provide multi-disciplinary support across the programme lifecycle. The anticipated scope of services includes: a. Assessment Studies b. Project Management Support c. NEC4 Administration d. Design e. Support to Procurement Activity f. Technical Support and Advice g.
