Description
To provide a maintenance contract for two Liquid Handlers at the two locations mentioned above (one at each site). The service will provide yearly care, preventative maintenance and repair of Tecan Fluent 1080 and 780 liquid handlers including third party connected equipment in relevant CGTC sites. Description of Requirement/Product The full preventative maintenance of the Tecan Fluent liquid handling system, including the full replacement of system liquid tubing for fixed tip liquid FCA and replacement of air FCA DiTi probes. Replacement and maintenance of any Tecan Fluent components, including but not limited to: pipetting arms and RGA components, PCBs, multi-sense boards, cLLD boxes, gas struts, 1:4 dilutors, 1:3 valves, syringes. Full validation of pipetting accuracy, positioning and functionality. Full service and maintenance, including software and drivers, , i, for: Tecan Fluent, Te-Chrom, Coolmaster, Rotanta 460, centrifuge, Bioshake T-3000 yearly, with ad-hoc call-outs in the event of a breakdown or requiring fixing of any the equipment stated above.
