The Authority wish to commission a specialist community-based Tobacco Control Service that will help deliver on local tobacco priorities with a focus on providing intensive stop smoking support to reduce prevalence and harm within our community. The term of the Contract will be for three (3) years. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 15 November 2023
