Description

The Planning Service has been experiencing considerable difficulties in recruitment and retention of staff in professional posts across the service since vesting day. It is heavily reliant on agency staff or external consultants to deliver the service which is not cost effective and has hindered the provision of an efficient service and has led to significant failure demand and complaints.
