Description
This Contract will principally cover reactive repairs, planned maintenance, quotation work and project work on the Client’s Premises across NI Water's wide range of assets and equipment (e.g. pumps, screening equipment, RBC's, compressors and blowers, vacuum systems, valves and pipework, gearboxes, fabrication, machining, mixers, macerators, structures etc.) covering a wide variety of makes and models of equipment. The main areas of work under the contract are: a) Mechanical installation and maintenance. General mechanical upgrades across the client Premises b) Planned mechanical maintenance/ repair across the Client Premises c) Reactive mechanical maintenance/ repair across the Client Premises d) Fabrication punching, boring, machining of sheet metal structures on site and in the Contractor’s workshop e) Heavy Mechanical engineering on large diameter pipework, pumps, screens and mechanical structures to include refurbishment, manufacture and installation on site. f) Annual inspection and maintenance of the Client’s workshop facilities/equipment and craftsmen equipment.
