Description
This contract has been awarded for the provision of supported accommodation for Children Looked After and Care Leavers at two newly developed sites - Amersham Road and Northover. The service will offer a range of flexible and personalised support packages to meet the young person’s needs, with the ultimate aim of supporting them to successful transition to independent living.
