Description
This service relates to the provision of consultant led, community stroke rehabilitation, and forms part of the stroke pathway. NHS Surrey Heartlands ICB commissions 6 inpatient rehabilitation stroke beds for adults (18 years) registered with an East Surrey GP at Queen Elizabeth Foundation Neuro Rehabilitation Services (QEF).
