Description
The key aims of the service are to assist the Council to fulfil its statutory duties in respect of Carers under the Care Act 2014 and Children and Families Act 2014 and to improve quality of life for carers in Derbyshire through early identification and recognition of carers and joined up personalised support for both the carer and the cared-for person.
