Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is undertaking this pre-market engagement exercise to inform the future commissioning of both the NHS Health Check and Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) services. This is a market engagement exercise for services that fall within the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this market engagement exercise.
