Delivery of short break for provision for families caring for a child with a disability. The framework includes three Lots: Day time Short Breaks (mixed needs weekend and school holiday clubs), Outward Bounds (school holiday activities) and Activity Based Residential (overnight school holiday activities). This opportunity is for Lot 1, Day time Short Breaks Clubs only.
