Description

Platform Housing Group is seeking proposals for a Secondary Contact Centre call handling service. This service will need to provide phone cover 24/7/365 to support the handling of calls during peak times, low resourcing, mandatory training and other adhoc support. The purpose of this tender is to identify a supplier who can provide comprehensive call handling service.
