Description
The Routes to Success Programme 2026 is part of the RUH Positive Action Programme, designed to develop leadership potential among Global Majority staff (BAME individuals) in Band 5 and Band 6 Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Professional roles. Leadership development for underrepresented groups is essential to improving workforce diversity, organisational effectiveness, and patient care outcomes.
