Description
Broadacres is seeking to award a contract(s) to deliver full pitched roof replacement and roof refurbishment/repair programme (“Contract”) across their full area of operation to one or more contractor. Also, support delivery of the responsive maintenance day-to-day repairs service covering all aspects of roof repair work. The Contract duration will be 3 years with an optional 2-year commencing from August 2026, value of expenditure will vary year on year but is envisaged to be in the region of £4,400,000 (Indicative) over a 5-year Contract period. The Contract is divided into three Lots Lot 1 – Roof Replacement - Replacement of pitched roof coverings in full (supply & installation of Solar PV maybe included over the contract duration). Lot 2 – Roof Refurbishment - Partial pitched roof and roofline refurbishment Works Lot 3 – Roof Reactive Repairs - Reactive day-to-day Refurbishment and Repairs Contractors may bid for any combination of Lots but may not be awarded both Lot 1 and Lot 2.
