Description
The British High Commission (BHC) in Lusaka requires the provision of a comprehensive electrical maintenance service covering both its office premises and residential estate. The estate includes a three-storey office building and approximately 16 residential properties located across Lusaka. Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide a full range of electrical services, including Preventative Maintenance: Routine inspection, testing, and servicing of electrical systems, distribution boards, wiring, and equipment Identification and rectification of defects to ensure continued safe operation Scheduled maintenance activities in accordance with recognised standards Reactive Maintenance: Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of electrical failures Replacement of faulty components such as wiring, switches, sockets, breakers, and lighting Restoration of electrical services within defined response times Emergency Services: Provision of a 24-hour on-call service Immediate response (within 2 hours) to critical faults such as power outages or safety risks Minor Works and Installations: Installation, upgrade, or modification of electrical systems and components Execution of minor improvem…
