WMCA are looking to appoint a consultant to conduct a research project around Electric Light Vehicles (ELVs) The research project will contribute to WMCAs understanding of - The vulnerabilities and risks to ELV and battery supply chains arising from climate change - The potential role of circular economy and material efficiency in enhancing supplychain resilience - The economic implications of different development scenarios for the sector
