Description
Rutland County Council is commissioning the design, build, and installation of a new permanent gallery exploring Rutland's prehistoric heritage, with a particular focus on the Jurassic period. This gallery will be the first space visitors enter after the pay gate and must deliver an immersive, educational, and accessible visitor experience. The gallery consists of two integrated environments: - Jurassic Seas Immersive Box (10m x 10m) - Palaeontology "Science Lab" Interactive Zone These galleries are being tendered separately but must be developed collaboratively in order to achieve a strong design focus. This tender is for the Jurassic Seas Immersive Box. The contractors will deliver a fully realised immersive experience that balances scientific integrity, cinematic immersion, accessibility, and robust long-term durability.
