The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames (RBK) is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to inform the upcoming procurement for the restoration of a historically significant fence. This process will help us understand market capabilities, innovative approaches, cost drivers, and delivery timescales, ensuring the project meets both conservation standards and value-for-money objectives. Participation in this PME is not part of the formal procurement process and will not affect your ability to bid in the future.
