Procurement Description ***** THIS IS A CONTRACT DETAILS NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded without competition due to an absence of competition for technical reasons, only a particular supplier can supply the services required. Brief Description of Requirement Projections of Climate Risks, Their Societal Impact and Cost, And the Cost and Effectiveness of Adaptation Measures for Heat in The Urban Built Environment. This work is required to support the CCC's Climate Change Risk Assessment 4 (CCRA4), forming one of the deep-dive projects investigating specific risks to adaptation.
